It is perfect whether you are thinking of making a getaway with friends or if you come with your family and children - the pool has a security fence on request for the little ones - If you are thinking of coming with a large group and need more space and privacy, a few meters away there are two villas that can be rented together with Blue Bay (contact us and we will tell you all about this option).
The location is very good, especially if you don't want to drive since at 650 meters you arrive at the Cala Tarida square, where there is a small parking, bus stop, supermarket, restaurants and of course, the Cala Tarida beach, which we are sure you will love. Not far away you can enjoy a cocktail with sunset views at Cotton Beach Club. Very close to this area, you can visit other beaches with crystal clear water such as Cala Bassa or Cala Conta and Cala Codolar famous for their sunset. Have we convinced you?
Distribution
The main house is distributed on one floor.
- Bedroom 1: Master bedroom, with independent access from the pool, has a double bed (1.50mx 1.90m) with TV and bathroom with triangular bath and shower
- Bedroom 2: double bed (1.50m x 1.90m) with en-suite shower room and sliding doors opening onto the pool area offering sea views
- Bedroom 3: double bed (1.50m x 1.90m) with en-suite shower room and sliding doors opening onto the pool area offering sea views
- Bedroom 4: double bed (1.50m x 1.90m) with en-suite shower room and sliding doors opening onto the pool area offering sea views
- Bedroom 5: 2 single beds, with ensuite bathroom (shower) and TV

The check in to the villa is from 4:00 pm and departure before 10:00 am
Security deposit:
The security deposit required is 2.500 Euros. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa
