Cloistered in the middle of nature between trees and silence, but with the comfort of being close to the town, beaches and the capital of Ibiza. Can Pau is a property designed to offer you everything you need and with a unique bohemian style and decoration. The outdoor area has 3,500 m2 and is a paradise for the senses. It has a large salt-electrolysis pool (5m x 10m) with 10% salinity, from where you can enjoy spectacular views of the valley and local fruit trees. The garden offers several areas that adapt to every mood and moment of the day: a beautiful porch with stone arches where you can rest after a bath, two dining areas to enjoy special meals or dinners with family and friends, a yoga area and a small play area with ping pong table and trampoline. The chill out area has its own kitchen and barbecue. The fully equipped kitchen has direct communication with the garden, making it really comfortable to enjoy meals outdoors. Can Pau admits up to 12 people and its distribution is ideal to accommodate two families or have privacy, since it has an independent annex with two double bedrooms, in addition to the four bedrooms in the main house. The master bedroom will delight you with a bathroom on the terrace where you can shower while observing the nature of the island.
All the decoration of the villa transports us to the typical Ibizan houses. Colors and whitewashed with touches of wood and raffia. If you travel with children, it will be a perfect option due to all the distractions that the house offers such as the swimming pool, games room with billiards area, endless walks in the surroundings and wonderful beaches. It is also an ideal home for yoga retreats. It is less than five minutes from Santa Gertrudis, one of the most charming towns, located in the heart of the island, where you will find a very pleasant atmosphere, traditional restaurants with exquisite food, and designer clothing and decoration stores. You are going to fall in love!
Distribution
The main house is spread over two floors and has four double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The house has a separate annex with two additional double bedrooms, a living room and a lovely terrace.

- Bedroom 3: master bedroom with double bed, private bathroom and access to a very spacious roof terrace, with an exclusive outdoor bathroom (including snu beds) and spectacular views of the valley. Top floor
- Bedroom 4: double bed with en suite bathroom. This room has access from the house and an additional entrance from the outside. Top floor
- Bedroom 5: two single beds (can be set up into a double bed) with shared bathroom with bedroom 6. Located in annex with separate entrance
