Description
A piece of paradise on the southwest coast of Mallorca and a very special property. Staying at Coco Luxe is to immediately experience the feeling of having arrived in another world in which all kinds of luxury and absolute privacy are in the foreground. It is a very exclusive property with a privileged location, located on the seafront in the bay of Cala Serena and the only house in the Mediterranean with a mooring for yachts up to 25 meters. It is not easy to find a villa with these characteristics and design, and we can assure you that there is no other like it on the island. Modern in style, the property has splendid natural light and you will be surprised by the spaciousness of all its rooms.
What perhaps most caught our attention the first time we visited Coco Luxe, was its large gourmet kitchen and the incredible living room that stands out for the centenary olive tree that is in the center, simply beautiful. From the living room you have direct access to the outside where you will want to stay forever: there is an impressive Infinity design pool (25 meters long), waterfall with relaxation area, Jacuzzi, outdoor bar area, dining area and barbecue and for the youngest of the family, there is a playground. It is one of those villas that surprise you from the first moment, thanks to its architecture and decoration. It is distributed in 700 m2, and has five suites and a master suite (only available on request) comfortably accommodating up to 12 people. There are two additional bedrooms on the ground floor of the house ideal for staff and a fully equipped gym with high-end machines with private bathroom and sauna. This villa has been built on three levels, with bright and spacious rooms and living areas. All the bedrooms are located in the first floor.

Security deposit:
Security deposit of 10.000 Euros or a liability insurance. The deposit will be refunded in a maximum of 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage at the villa
Cleaning service:
Daily cleaning included as well as change of towels and linens (2 x week)

Electricity & Water Consumption:
