A perfect holidays in a villa with direct access to the sea. Son Moll has a privileged and very exclusive location. There are not many properties on the island that have direct access to the beach. If you really want to enjoy an unforgettable stay, open the garden door and go directly to a beach of fine sand and crystal clear waters, this is your ideal home. Best of all, it also has extras that will guarantee that your vacation is simply perfect: Private infinity pool that can be heated; private tennis court; exquisite decoration and lots of privacy. Son Moll is located in a residential area from where you can access supermarkets, shops, and restaurants with a great gastronomic variety and unbeatable views. Less than five minutes away, you will find the town of Capdepera, a place full of history and tradition where we recommend you visit the "Castell de Capdepera" which is its main attraction and if you like golf, very close you can find the Capdepera Golf that offers excellent facilities for golf players.
The villa has five bedrooms and can sleep up to ten people. It is ideal for all types of groups and especially families with young children, as it has a large garden where they can run and play. Son Moll is part of our winter collection because of all the extras it has, it can be enjoyed at any time of the year (if you decide to travel from October to May, you will get to know the island in its purest state and you will love it).

Main house distributed into two floors
- Bedroom 1: (27 sqm) with ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone bath tub and shower overhead. There’s a walk-through dressing area and a seating area; its sofa can be used as an extra bed - Main floor
- Bedroom 2: Master (25sqm) with an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone bath tub and shower overhead- Top floor
- Bedroom 3: (18 sqm) shares access to the master bedroom’s terrace, and has its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower - Top floor
- Bedroom 4: (17 sqm) with twin beds, shares a bathroom. This room also has access to the terrace - Top Floor
- Bedroom 5: (14 sqm) has twin beds and overlooks the impressive gardens

The check in to the villa is from 4:00 pm and departure before 10:00 am
Security deposit:
The security deposit varies depending on the length of stay. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa.

Cleaning included (6 days per week - excep Wednesday / 3 hours per day)
Linen and towel change:
Linen change included (once per week); Towel change included (once or twice per week)
Heated pool:
