Description
This beautiful villa has amazing views over the sea and it is located just 50 meters away from the Golf course Vall D’or, which is one of the most exclusive golfs of the island. The village of Portocolom is just two minutes by car, famous for its restaurants and environment. The east coast village of Portocolom – in the district of Felanitx – is one of the most attractive on this coast of Mallorca lying 12km north of Cala d’Or. As a traditional fishing village, Portocolom retains much of its original charm. The village nestles around one of the largest, most sheltered bays on the island, where the boathouses, lighthouse and boats add to the picturesque nature of the place. There’s a long quay where pleasure craft mix with local fishing boats, and you can take boat trips from here too. The main beach in Portocolom is the blue flag Cala Marcal which enjoys sandy shallow waters making it family-friendly and a good place to find all the waterfront facilities you would expect from a Mallorcan holiday. Nearby, there are also the beaches of S’Arenal Grand and S’Arenal Petit – not to be confused with the major resort of Arenal in the south of Mallorca.
The property has a 10,000 m2 plot, where you will be able to enjoy different spaces, terraces and impressive native vegetation. It has a private pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. Casa Golf also offers the possibility of holding events and organizing golf courses.

All the bedrooms are located in the main house, distributed into two levels. The access to the house is by the first floor (access for disabled)

The check in to the villa is from 4:00 pm and departure before 10:00 am (Bookings from Friday to Friday)
Security deposit:
The security deposit varies depending on the length of stay. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa.
