An exclusive property where blue sky and sea merge on the horizon creating an environment that combines perfectly with the pastel colors of its interior and boho-chic style, offering truly cozy spaces designed for both children and adults to enjoy. It is a comfortable and very spacious house, which breathes a fresh and natural look thanks to its careful decoration and the paradisiacal environment that surrounds it, with incredible views of the Picos de Europa and the Cantabrian Sea. La Gavina has the capacity to accommodate up to 30 people. It is distributed over two floors and has seven bedrooms equipped with high quality furniture and design from where you will also be able to enjoy spectacular views. It has a spacious living room and contemporary kitchen, seating area, outdoor dining room with stunning views, a huge garden with various entertainment areas, terraces and a chill out area.
A few kilometers away you will be able to enjoy very authentic places such as San Vicente de la Barquera, Comillas or Santillana del Mar. The North of Spain offers several options to enjoy in a big way, whether you are passionate about nature and exploring all kinds of routes, caves and mountains, or if you prefer to enjoy the beach, visit picturesque towns full of history or simply taste the exquisite cuisine of Cantabria (although we always recommend you mix everything, so you can get to know this region to the fullest!).

The check in to the villa is from 4:00 pm and departure before 10:00 am
Security deposit:
The security deposit required is 900 Euros. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa

Final cleaning included in the rent. Possibility of contracting extra cleaning - minimum 3 hours (confirm supplement)
