Sa Muntanya is a villa with an exquisite design from where you can enjoy stunning 360-degree views of Port de Sóller, Sierra de Tramuntana and the town of Sóller. Located on a small hill in Port Sóller, just 5 minutes by car from the port, in a very quiet environment, surrounded by nature and very private. It has three bedrooms, with the capacity to comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 4 children. It will be difficult for you to choose your favorite place, both the interior living room, designed in a single space that shares with the kitchen and dining room, and the terrace, a beautiful partially covered 200m² oasis are really cozy places.
The house also has a sustainable component since it works with a solar system and a water tank with rainwater. We recommend a 4x4 or traction vehicle to access the villa. The remote Port de Sóller in north west Mallorca is a picturesque, small coastal village which has become well known and popular particularly due to its historic tram, large bay with protected harbour and scenic surroundings. As an old fishing harbour, it is also a great place to eat fish and seafood
Distribution
The house is equipped up for 4 adults and 1 to max. 3 children. From every bedroom the house offers amazing views to the sea and the mountains of the Sierra de Tramontana.
- Bedroom 1: master bedroom with double bed, fan, en-suite bathroom with a shower and a freestanding bathtub with views to the mountains
- Bedroom 2: double bedm fan, bathroom just opposite with a walk-in shower and a window overlooking the mountains
- Bedroom 3: kids room with two junk beds
