The extensive garden has a large swimming pool with a chill out area and a Jacuzzi. From the gazebo you can see the entire immense outdoor area that has a decorative fountain and an extensive variety of trees such palms and fruit trees. Perfect for a gathering of friends! If you travel with children you will love its playground that has a trampoline, swing, slide and a playhouse.
The 18th century property is completely restored and is completely restored and equipped with everything you need such as bathrooms in each room and a modern kitchen. The villa has five bedrooms with their respective bathrooms upstairs. Waking up in one of their beds is a dream! All the rooms are elegantly decorated and respecting the light tones and natural materials with a nod to the Mallorcan style. The lower part is divided into three large and comfortable living rooms where there are original works of art; paintings and beautiful sculptures that provides the house a charm and luxurious decoration. The dining room can accommodate up to ten people and the large windows stand out. The light that enters this room creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The other dining room is next to the kitchen and has access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for lovers of cooking. It has a central island where the whole family or friends can have breakfast. If you are also an animal lover and you like horses, you are in luck, because the property has stables and the possibility of organizing horseback riding (on request), an experience that we highly recommend to enjoy the impressive Mallorcan landscape in a very exclusive way!
Distribution
The main house is distributed over two floors. All the bedrooms are located in the first floor.
- Bedroom 1: master suite with double bed (180x200), dressing room, private bathroom with bathtub, access to terrace
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200) joined into one bed, dressing room, en-suite bathroom with bathtub
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x200) joined into one bed
- Bedroom 4: double bed (150x200) and access to terrace
- Bedroom 5: double bed (150x200), living room, TV and private bathroom with shower. This bedroom can be accessed through bedroom 4 or via an outside staircase.

The check in to the villa is from 4:00 pm and departure before 10:00 am
Security deposit:
The security deposit required is 500 Euros. It will be refunded 7 days after departure as long as there is no damage to the villa
Cleaning service:
Cleaning not included in the rent. Additional cost of 300 Euros

Pets allowed (on request). Additional supplement of 15 Euros / pet
